ADVANCED CERTIFICATION: Carole has achieved her Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, as designated by the International Coach Federation.

Specific training in coaching, along with over 2500 documented client coaching hours, are required for MCC certification. She decided to pursue this credential in order to be as current as possible in this field, and to continue to add new value as a professional coach and consultant.

About Carole
Carole Rehbock is a coaching, consulting, and management transition expert. In her role as a leadership and career coach and consultant since 1988 Carole employs a uniquely personal and customized approach, working with clients to objectively assess the situation, investigate options, and skillfully design and implement the solution that achieves her client's goals and maximizes long-term results.

Ms. Rehbock applies this approach in providing assessment, coaching, and consulting in a variety of contexts. Her recent clients have included Delta Dental Insurance, Hewlett Packard, Catholic Healthcare West, IBM, Qualcomm, Agilent, and Yahoo! She has worked in partnership with senior and mid-level managers, for purposes ranging from hiring decisions, personal development plans, individual coaching and training strategies, leadership development, conflict resolution, and team development. She has targeted issues and tasks to wide scope exploration of individuals' professional experience, values and goals.

In her work as an individual coach, Carole brings a rare blend of insight, understanding and encouragement that motivates her clients to move beyond old patterns and realize new dreams. She is a gifted advocate whose genuine care and enthusiasm for her clients' lives and goals creates a nurturing and powerful partnership that fosters lasting change.

Prior to her work as a consultant, Carole held a variety of management and training/organization development positions in the financial services field. Carole holds a M.B.A. in Human Resources Management, a B.A. in Education, and a Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Carole is also a Master Certified Coach (MCC) as certified by the International Coach Federation.
