Visioning

One example of this type of project was with a manager and his team who wanted to clearly identify their current situation and then articulate a vision that could meet the changing needs of their organization.

We began with an initial assessment that included individual interviews with all of the team members and appropriate members of the management team.  A one-day offsite followed that to develop the vision, tactics, allocation of resources and an action plan to go forward. This project is representative of many sessions that we have conducted with corporations, small businesses, non profits and teams. Our consulting begins with interviews and an assessment of the key stakeholders and staff. We then design the preparation for the meeting(s) in conjunction with the client and provide support as needed for the implementation and follow-up phase of the project.
