Course length: A one day workshop with follow-up individual/group coaching sessions
This program provides teams a process and tools to understand the natural and predictable patterns of change that can occur with: major projects, product releases, reorganizations, fast growth, new management, shifting work assignments and enable the team to work more effectively together. They learn how to evaluate their current environment and take action around choices that support their goals. This program helps teams to discover their vision and the steps to take them there.
