 Life Career Transition

Career Shift
"I first met Carole by attending a two day Renewal workshop that she co-led through the Career Action Center. I was ending a nine month sabbatical from work, had recently completed my M.B.A., and wanted to be sure that the next career choice I made was one that truly reflected my values and fully utilized my skills.
"Following the workshop, Carole and I met twice a month as I sought to define not just the career path I was most interested in pursuing but the type of life I wanted to design for myself. As I articulated my life priorities and dreams, we worked together to identify the type of company and management team that would be best for me. Eventually, as I began to do some interim consulting, Carole coached me through the process of considering a full-time consulting career.
"Over time I had a number of job offers, but in considering them with Carole I always knew there were certain elements that didn't quite fit.
