As a consultant and coach, I work both individually and in partnership with other professional coaches to offer courses designed for small and large groups. The following are three coaching courses I offer which can be tailored to the needs of specific audiences--whether yours is a technical group, a medical organization, or some other area of specialization.

Renewing Teams
Course length: A one day workshop with follow-up individual/group coaching sessions

This program provides teams a process and tools to understand the natural and predictable patterns of change that can occur with: major projects, product releases, reorganizations, fast growth, new management, shifting work assignments and enable the team to work more effectively together. They learn how to evaluate their current environment and take action around choices that support their goals. This program helps teams to discover their vision and the steps to take them there.

Participants will gain clarity and develop a specific action plan to move forward while aligning their goals with organizational goals.

Course length: One day with follow-up individual/group coaching sessions
